The UBLO IP44 wall lamp was conceived for The Office Group in London. UBLO embraces architect David Thulstrup’s perfect visual and technical flair for interior design. Conceived as an architectural element, the UBLO wall lamp expresses purity in both form and function with clean geometric lines and smooth material that fits elegantly into any room. The lamp is meticulously constructed.
Custom CNC-milled from aluminum cut from a single block, which hides all technical components without the use of seams, while supporting the opal shade made of injection-molded polycarbonate. Together, it creates a sophisticated and precise expression, providing a sense of quality rooted in function. UBLO is part of a small selection of wet room lamps and has an IP44 rating, thus offering a clear design choice for bathrooms and other environments where water splashes are a reality.
As part of Astep's sustainability vision, the lamp is repairable and uses replaceable G9 bulbs as a light source.
