Form & Refine is a Danish design brand that values materials, design, and sustainability equally. By carefully selecting pure materials from Denmark and Europe and processing them in a traditional manner in their respective home countries, Form & Refine creates designs that only become more beautiful over the years. At KEEPR, you will find, among other things, discontinued designs from Form & Refine.
Form & Refine was founded on the desire for us to surround ourselves with fewer, but higher quality pieces of furniture. Therefore, we work exclusively with natural materials that patina beautifully (and have these processed by geographically close companies with respect for local craftsmanship traditions). We are pleased that, through our collaboration with KEEPR, we can challenge the throwaway culture and increase respect for the craftsmanship behind each individual piece of furniture.
Form & Refine is a Danish design brand founded in 2018 by Helle Herman Mortensen, Jonas Herman Pedersen, and Lasse Lund Lauridsen. From the outset, Form & Refine has been dedicated to creating furniture and objects that stem from a respect for pure, natural materials from local suppliers, which are expertly crafted so that each piece of furniture radiates the essence of its material.
Form & Refine works with locally produced, responsibly harvested materials and places great emphasis on regional craftsmanship. Their designs are produced close to the source of the raw materials, which reduces environmental impact while preserving traditional manufacturing techniques. Each piece is designed to last, both in terms of quality and expression, and supports a circular mindset where furniture remains in use for generations.
The brand is known for its honest, understated aesthetics, where form follows material and function. Solid wood, natural textiles, and carefully selected surfaces are allowed to speak for themselves, resulting in furniture that feels calm, tactile, and discreetly confident.
