Sonder is a chair that delivers exceptional comfort through its extended, curved backrest and soft, flat U-shaped seat. The Sonder chair is defined by a touch of brutalism with its striking, solid legs and crossbars, balanced by a fresh and intriguing use of finely curved veneer on the seat and back. Designed for extended seating comfort, the curved backrest allows every user to find optimal lumbar support.
The word 'sonder' captures the profound realization that every passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as one's own. We named the chair "Sonder" because it reflects its purpose as a thoughtful design tailored to individual comfort and identity.
The Sonder collection is a comfortable and durable furniture series engineered to meet the demands of both residential and commercial spaces. Featuring refined, contemporary joints and a robust construction, each piece is built to withstand everyday wear and tear. Over time, the natural patina of the wood will only enhance its refined details. A beautiful and resilient addition to your kitchen, office, or dining area.
