The Alcoa ceramic series is clear and simple in its design language. The handle is a functional element that simultaneously gives the series its design character. The surface is engobed matte grey on the outside and high-gloss grey on the inside. The name Alcoa refers to the region of Alcobaça in Portugal, where the series is produced. The area has a natural wealth of fine, white clay, and there is a long tradition of craftsmanship in ceramics in this area. The series consists of vases in two sizes, a dish, and a jug.
