This privacy policy defines how Keepr ApS (“keeprcollective.com”, “our”, “we”, “us”) collects and handles information about you and data in connection with visits to the website keeprcollective.com. We collect data about users on keeprcollective.com in the following two ways:

2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 Statistics about visitors to the website
We automatically measure how visitors to keeprcollective.com use our website. We do this to gain insight into how many visitors we have and how the site is used. We use this information to make decisions about changes and improvements to the website so we can provide a good user experience.
We use an anonymized setup of Google Analytics to collect data and statistics about the use of keeprcollective.com. This means we do not measure or store any forms of personally identifiable data, including IP addresses and geographic location.
2.2 Personal data in connection with purchases
In connection with the purchase of products on keeprcollective.com, we collect the following personal data from the buyer:

This information is necessary for processing the order. Primarily so we know who to send the products to, but also so we can contact the buyer if we have questions or problems with the order. We use Shopify Payments, Klarna, and PayPal for payment processing with debit and credit cards. Keepr ApS does not store information about payment methods itself, including card numbers, bank account numbers, or similar.
2.3 Newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address for the purpose of delivering the newsletter to you. Our purpose with this is to keep you informed about general news, as well as to send you marketing of our own products and services. We process your personal data for sending newsletters based on our legitimate interest in marketing ourselves according to GDPR Article 6(1)(f). However, we only send newsletters via direct marketing based on your active prior consent in accordance with section 10(1) of the Danish Marketing Practices Act.
2.4 Marketing
When you use our website, we collect information about how you navigate the site, what types of products you are interested in, and what your general usage pattern is. We do this to improve and adapt our communication and our marketing to you and other users. This information is also used to improve our partners' communication and marketing to you and other users. Both are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
3. Storage of Personal Data
We store your personal data for as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected. Thereafter, it is deleted.
Your personal information will initially be processed in Ireland and will then be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the USA. 4. Cookies
When you visit keeprcollective.com, we use cookies to personalize and improve your user experience. These cookies do not store personally identifiable data. We use cookies for the following general purposes:

Sensitive personal information in connection with purchases on keeprcollective.com is sent via an encrypted connection and stored in a database hosted by Shopify. We share your personal data with service providers who help us deliver our service. We collect statistics about users via Shopify, Google, Meta, and Klaviyo. These statistics are stored by each mentioned company and will potentially be processed outside the EU/EEA.
When processing orders, we share personal data with our suppliers, who are responsible for delivering the goods sold on keeprcollective.com. The suppliers also share personal data with their logistics partners, which is necessary to send packages to the correct address.
6. Your Rights
When the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent without negative consequences for you. However, this does not affect the processing or disclosure of personal data prior to the withdrawal of consent.
