Nanna Ditzel’s iconic shell chair, Trinidad, was designed in 1993 and is a true classic of Danish furniture design. The chair’s graceful lightness is accentuated by the carved grooves, which create an interplay between light and shadow in the room and lend the chair a sense of movement. The grooves also provide ventilation, which, combined with the embracing seat shell, makes the Trinidad chair exceptionally comfortable.
