Sofa No. 1 was the first that Børge Mogensen designed for Fredericia, and it marked the beginning of a close collaboration. The tightly upholstered outer frame is softened by interchangeable cushions with buttons. This classic sofa is designed with a focus on everyday life, and for that reason, among others, the sofa features a single cushion on the seat that is comfortable for both sitting and lying down.

Materials: Fully upholstered sofa with separate cushions. Upholstery in the color Sunniva 773 from Kvadrat. Legs in oiled oak. Interchangeable legs in solid wood, mounted with steel threads. Inner frame in solid wood and plywood. Interchangeable cushions in solid CMHR or HR foam upholstered in fabric with buttons. Cover is not removable. Back cushions are reversible with fabric on both sides.
