Erik Ole Jørgensen's series of spindle furniture is from 1978 and has clear references to the other great designers who created the foundation at FDB Møbler. Erik Ole Jørgensen had a background as both an upholsterer and a furniture architect, and perhaps that is why the interplay between cushions and furniture is particularly successful here.
