Mater Ray combines oak and steel in a beautiful and innovative contrast. Designed by the Danish design studio PEDERJESSEN, the Ray lamp has a strong aesthetic reference to Nordic minimalism and materials, while using low energy. The wooden globe shade is mounted inside the steel shell with magnets, allowing the user to position the light beam in any direction. The Ray lamp is ideal in lounge areas for reading or for creating soft lighting.
