General
Keeprcollective.com is an online destination for considered design furniture and home interiors. KEEPR was created to preserve the value and life that already exists.
By carefully curating reconsidered and B-grade pieces from well-known design brands, we keep furniture in circulation - giving each piece the opportunity for a second, third, or even fourth life.
Keeprcollective.com functions just like a normal webshop, where you can easily explore product categories and brands, search for specific products, and securely make a purchase.
All furniture is created with a clear purpose: to be practical, spread joy, create pride, and provide comfort. This has been the case for generations. However, with today’s ‘buy and throw away’ culture, there is a large surplus of furniture and interior items that are not given the chance for a new life. We want to change that. We want to reduce waste by putting more products into circulation, so they can fulfill their purpose again and again.
At KEEPR, you can therefore find everything from used furniture to exhibition models, B-grade items, overstock, reconsidered items and special editions. Common to all of them is that they are quality furniture from design brands. The product type is described under each individual item.

Purchase and payment
At KEEPR, we sell both used and unused furniture and interior products. The products are categorized as "Exhibition Models", "B-grade", "Overstock", "Reconsidered Items" or "Special Editions" and the condition is further explained in the product description. As a buyer, please be aware that the product's appearance may differ from what is shown in the images. It is therefore important that you read the product description, which contains all relevant information about the product and any minor defects. This could, for example, be variations in color, minor stains, scratches, or knots in the wood, etc. Note that all products from KEEPR maintain their full functionality.
We receive payments through a secure and PCI-compliant payment service provided by a third party. We accept payment with MobilePay and credit cards including Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. The payment is charged to the buyer's account when the order has been shipped.
You will always receive an order confirmation by email after purchasing on keeprcollective.com. If you do not receive the confirmation email for your order within 24 hours, please contact our customer service at info@keeprcollective.com.
Delivery and returns
Delivery options and shipping costs may vary depending on the product and delivery address. The delivery options available for a given product will be displayed at checkout.
Once an order is approved, it will typically be shipped within 1-5 business days, after which the buyer will receive an email with tracking information. As a buyer, please be aware that the shipping times shown at checkout are indicative, and that delays may occur.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If the product should be damaged, or has a discrepancy with the written product description, please contact us at info@keeprcollective.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When purchasing on keeprcollective.com, you as a buyer have a right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an email to info@keeprcollective.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
