GOVERNOR 405 from LYFA is a sophisticated mid-century floor lamp. It is crafted in solid brass and walnut and provides efficient downward light as well as a pleasantly distributed light from the reflective brass shade. When the lamp is lit, the small pinholes in the rim create a decorative light pattern. Architect Bent Karlby led the team behind this design from 1956.
