The Taku lounge chair features a curved back that embraces or envelops the user, creating a kind of comfortable private sphere. Although the Taku collection is characterized by its bold lines, it is infinitely versatile, offering various options for the back in leather and a myriad of combinations of textiles, patterns, and colors for the interior. Originally designed by David Thulstrup for a hotel project, Taku is the fifth collection created by David Thulstrup and Møbel Copenhagen, a collaboration based on a shared desire to be bold and distinctive while creating durable furniture that lasts for a long time. Like the Font collection, Taku embodies the versatility that characterizes Møbel Copenhagen's entire collection, allowing users to put their own mark on the furniture.
